When you order through our site, we forward the request to the chosen partner, who prepares the food according to our specifications and quality level, and delivers it on time. Quality and timely delivery are very important to us, so caterers who do not meet our standards, do not work with us.

What steps do I need to take to place an order?
Simply select your event date and delivery address on the homepage and choose from the menu options of one of our caterers.
How long does it take till I receive the order confirmation?
We start processing your request immediately after your booking. It usually takes around 24 hours until you receive the final confirmation.
What happens if a caterer doesn't accept my order?
In the rare case that one of our vendors declines an order, we make sure to organize a suitable replacement.
How do I know that my order has been accepted?
When the caterer confirms the order, we immediately send you the final and binding booking confirmation.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend to order as early as possible so that we can ensure that the caterer has sufficient capacity to plan and complete the order. But of course we can also fulfill last minute requests.
Can I order from more than one vendor?

The food is either delivered by one of the caterer's drivers or by a third party delivery specialist.
